Fulfillment Policy: chain of supply

Meca Truck Chrome promises to process the orders within 24 to 48 hours given that the purchased item(s) are currently in stock. At the moment we are shipping USPS and UPS Ground for smaller items, and LTL carriers for larger items such as Bumpers and Stacks.  Average transit time is 5 days.

Our website currently ships to the continental United States.  If a customer needs shipping outside of the country, we ask them to please contact our main store at 305-884-2028 to make arrangements.

Customer Pick Up at our Main Location in Medley Florida is available in the website.

Our website www.MecaTruckChrome first pulls inventory from our Main Warehouse located in Medley, Florida.  When an item is out of stock, we follow our chain of supply and shipping time frames listed below.  Customers awaiting shipment will receive email notification when the product ships, or when there's a lead time on the product.

1- Item in stock at our Main Location - Ships from 24 to 48 hours

2- Item in stock at our satellite locations - Ships from 48 to 72 hours

3- Item in stock at our supplier's warehouse - Ships depending on product availability at the factory, customer will be notified via email.

 

Return Policy

At Meca Truck Chrome, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible products under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Return Process:

  • Contact our customer service team to obtain return authorization before shipping any items back.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fee Policy

At Meca Truck Chrome, returned products are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price. This fee applies to all eligible returns unless otherwise stated.

Restocking Fee Conditions:

  • The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
  • Any items returned without prior authorization may be denied or subject to additional fees.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Warranty Policy

At Meca Truck Chrome, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our warranty coverage is as follows:

1-Year Warranty:

  • LED Marker Lights and Stop/Tail LED Lights
  • Most Chrome Products (coverage against rusting)
  • Refrigerators
  • Seats

3-Month Warranty:

  • Electronic Products, including CB Radios and Inverters (May carry extended warranty after registering the product with the manufacturer)

Manufacturer-Supplied Warranty:

  • Certain products, such as LED Headlight Bulbs and select LED Lights, may include extended warranties provided directly by the manufacturer. Customers are advised to refer to the manufacturer’s warranty terms for specific details.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, or improper handling are not covered under warranty.
  • Setback bumpers exceeding 18" in width are not eligible for warranty coverage.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. All claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.
